30-minute sitting meditation and the pleasure of enjoying an relaxing herbal tea afterwards.
A nice way to finish the day
Meditation is an essential tool on the spiritual path. It is used by all religions and Spiritual paths, which use it for similar purposes. Meditation includes a varied set of practices that promote relaxation and a state of well-being. The most common meditative practice is to sit silently breathing consciously; However, there are other ways of meditating: walking, visualizing images, scanning the body or reciting mantras, among others.
We will perform a silent meditation similar to Vipassana and Zen meditation to achieve the two fundamental elements of meditation: stopping and deep understanding (insight).
At the end of the meditation, we will enjoy a relaxing herbal tea that will help you finish the day in the best way.
